Lathe Turning
Our Okuma Genos lathe can handle up to 10″ diameter material at a length of 12″. Our spindle allows for the ability to load bar stock 2-3/4″ diameter and under which saves you on time and material. Our machine is also equipped with a tail stock allowing us to hold very tight concentricity tolerances.

Milling
Here at Monsen Machining we have two 3-axis mills with machining envelopes of 24″ x 30″ with a height of 22″ and 24″ x 40″ with a height of 24″. Not only does this allow us to machine your larger parts, but it also allows us to keep up with your high volume orders. We will often set up multiple vices and positions which allows us to run as many parts as possible at one time, saving us time and ultimately you money.
